Retraction: I previously stated that Mayor Lurie renewed Flock’s contract, and heavily implied that Lurie was responsible for SF’s continued contract with them. Lurie did not renew their contract, although he failed to curtail it in the face of increasing pushback. In his defense, the contract with Flock was signed by the Board of Supervisors and will expire in February of next year.

I have left the section in the guide but have crossed it out. This does not change my voting recommendations; Lurie is still the reason billionaires have found increasing purchase inside city hall and the Democratic party at large, and I still consider him to be extremely corrupt.
